OBI200 / Fax Issues / Alarm Line / Help????

I went ahead and ported 6 of my clients fax numbers over to our freepbx system and setup OBI200.  This is for the fax line and alarm monitoring line.

Issue 1:  3 of the 5 faxes work, the other 2 give line quality errors.  I have checked the fax machines and set the compatibility settings and still have issues sending out on one and receiving on the other.  Thoughts?

Issue 2:  3 of the 5 alarm systems are complaining that they don't have dial tone for monitoring.  Thoughts?

There is a multitude of posts warning not to rely on VOIP for security system monitoring. Search the forum and be enlightened.
